Superfood and Supplements – Blessed!

What happens when your bones hurt from spring gardening and heavy exercise? I like to bring out the super foods!

Tonight, the focus was on recovery. In the COVID pandemic, I wasn’t seeing my Trainer, but in my mind I recall my him lecturing me to supplement calcium and to eat right. I dug into the freezer for the super foods and pulled out spinach. Then, the cabinet for the supplements. Here’s to hoping for a fast recovery…
