Recovery Wednesday but Oops, there was hard Labor…

After a day of the sit down job, biking the boy to baseball practice, then a few hours of hard labor on the vegetable garden, it was time. The neighbors were grilling and suddenly I was starving. It was time for Dinner!  It had to include tons of protein.

Yeah! I landed on a Greenridge Italian Chicken Sausage for 90 calories, Red Apple Mango Habanero Gouda Cheese for 110, Refried beans for 60, Peperoncini for 5, steamed veggies for 60, Sriracha for 20…Total of 345 calories and, Win, win! 24 grams of protein!
