In the last week, we changed gears to increase our total production. It worked!
We doubled last week’s donations by picking the pink and yellowing tomato produce. We put them through our ripening boxes and wallah! Double donation.

We donated a total of 43 lbs of produce, this week, to our local pantry. That tallied 234 lbs for the season.
We have more to come and extending the grow season seems more and more possible in our Northern State of Wisconsin.
Do you have a never ending garden too? Please keep your local food pantry in your thoughts for places to donate. Fresh produce is an unusual treat for those in need. They need the vitamins from the garden to stay healthy too!
