This Pandemic has us all tired of the house…mundane, unchanged scenery…?

Meanwhile, those lungs we’re aware. They built and built and were open to 6:40/mile paces….we are suddenly open to breaking the 20 min 5k.

Today, those lungs finished a 13 minute in 3200m! Whoa! Feeling blessed!

That may sound insignificant, but those lungs have Asthmatic Bronchitis in the midst of a Pandemic.

We consider each and every moment a blessing!
