Are you craving a turtle with an adventurous flair of pink? This sweet square will set you straight into heaven and it will take Justice to hold off from showing them to your friends or saving them for just your household.
Ingredients
Pink Justice
- 5 Oz Pink Chocolate
- 1 Tbls Coconut Oil
Caramel Gooey Center
- 1Tbl Unsalted Butter
- 2 TBL Granulated Sugar
- ¼ Cup Whipping Cream
- ¼ Cup Dark Corn Syrup
- ½ Cup Almonds Plain or Chocolate Covered
Sensational White Chocolate
- 6 Oz White Coating Chocolate
- 1 TBL Coconut Oil
Preparation
Pink Justice
1) Microwave Coconut oil, then add pink chocolate and coat. Then, melt in 30 second increments until there are lumps.
2) Allow to finish melting in the bowl then pour into forms and divide between both candy bar forms.
3) Set almonds on top of pink chocolate once it has set.
Caramel Gooey Center
Follow standard melting procedure on a stove top or give this microwave method a try.1) In a 2 cup Pyrex bowl, melt unsalted butter first, then add sugar and heat for 30 seconds in microwave to dissolve the granules.
2) Add whipping cream and return to microwave to a boil. Halt and add corn syrup.
3) Microwave the caramel and carefully watch as it boils heavily. Tip: When the water has boiled off the caramel is ready. The height of the caramel will drop in half.
4) To test the caramel, use a fork and dip into the caramel bowl and cover a fork. Drop a single droplet into a cold bowl of water and if the mixture holds its form, it is ready. Handle the bowl with a mit to protect hands.
5) Transition the mixture with a spatula to another 2 cup Pyrex bowl to cool for 4 minutes.
6) Pour the caramel over the bar set.
Sensational White Chocolate
1) Microwave Coconut oil, then add chocolate. Then, melt in 30 second increments until there are lumps.
2) Allow to finish melting in the bowl then pour over candy bars and divide between both candy bar forms.
3) Set on counter or refrigerator for 10 minutes.
4) Remove from forms and cut into pieces.
