Recipes

These recipes are rather easy but carefully follow these tips:

1) Ensure chocolate temperature is abided by.

2) Use high quality ingredients.

3) Chocolate comes in many forms and serve specific purposes.  Cocoa is not the same as coating chocolate.  Google the differences to use your time sparingly.

4) Forget about making too many dishes and prepare out all ingredients by pouring each into bowls.  If possible group them so that they are used at the proper instant.
