Ingredients
- 24 Oz. White coating chocolate
- 14 Oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 Tbls. Coconut Oil (or Crisco)
- 3 Oz. Bar Milk Chocolate 41% Coaco
- 3/4 Cup Nuts (Your Choice!)
Preparation
1. Line 8×9 inch pan with Parchment Paper
2. Mix the coconut oil with the chopped white chocolate. Melt in the microwave in 30 second increments until the mixture is mostly smooth. Tip: Ensure the bowl never becomes too hot to touch.
3. Heat the Sweetened Condensed milk in 30 second increments in the microwave a separate bowl so that it is warm to the touch.
4. Combine the ingredients together and pour into lined pan.
5. Drop the nuts and or chocolate bits onto the top of the fudge. Press into mixture with fork.
6. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes until chocolate melts then use a knife and swirl it in.
7. Serve warm or cover with plastic wrap to seal air tight and let fudge set to room temperature on counter.
8. Once it sets, cut into squares and wrap them with plastic wrap so they are air tight. Tip: Air tight will prevent it from changing phase and crystallizing.
Success: If the fudge is smooth without crystals then you are a master baker and proper temperature was not exceeded (110 to 120F).
