Yes, You Can!

To make great chocolates, I truly believe the ingredient and phase of the candy is the most important component.  If you have the touch, patience and eye to watch the temperature, no special tools are required.  With these basic tools found in any kitchen, you can make any of these recipes:

Everyday Tools:

  1. Spatula
  2. Microwave safe bowls
  3. Forks, spoons, butter knifes
  4. Wax paper
  5. Microwave
  6. Plastic Bag and Scissors

What do you gain if the tools are improved? More chocolate, less time, less physical work, less risk of cracked bowls or little ones running off with your spoon of gnache.  Here’s my suggestion of tools:
